We Have a couple different species of Black Widows. I have seen the common Black Widow, big dark black abdomen with a red hour glass on the bottom. Lately, this year (2001) I have seen a lot of this kind of Black Widow, the back of the abdomen has white and red pattern with yellow surrounding the hour glass, "really cool".
